HEHE….”Glamour shots by Deb” didn’t really take these pics of Mallory. It was the baby photo place I talked about in the previous post that came to the room and did it. Once the real photos are online, I will post a link to them so you can check them out/download them or whatever. It’s crazy how much Mallorys looks are changing already. Her little head is taking shape better and even her little legs are looking more like she is getting some muscle tone. She probably isn’t really getting any muscle tone yet but oh well. Karen and I just agree how much more she looks like the both of us more and more in some way each hour.

Alright…so…we are in the 2400 maternity ward, all settled in this recovery room, I am holding Mallory while the nurse is assessing Karen and all of a sudden….SPPPPPPPPPLLLLAAAWOOOOOSSSHHHPTTTT. Karen looks over and was like “did she just burp?” I’m like….”uh…no….that was a good ole’ fashion Echelberger pooooooooooooooooooop” So, someone had to take the picture of her first diaper change and um…yeah…I took the picture and Karen did a PHENOMINAL JOB of changin’ the poooooooooooooooooooooopy diaper….hehe.

Today we had the 35 week and 5 day check up. Dr. Davis is probably the coolest Dr. I did mess up and ripped on Karen for topping the scales…passin’ me for the first time ever…oh well…that weight will come off this spring and summer. One of the doctors was walking by and heard me..I think it was Dr. Black….oops…we actually meet with him on Thursday of next week…super early in the morning. Karen is doing awesome..everything is measuring perfect. Mallorys little head is down and she is ready to make her way into this crazy world.
It was kinda weird to see Dr. Davis all up in Karens business…if you know what I mean. Out of instinct I almost beat him down..but then though…nope…he is making sure my wife and baby are ok…and…that’s ok by me. Oh after our appointment today we were kinda hungry so we went up on the hill in Fairlawn there and tried the Longhorn steak place…it was frickin dee-lish-us. Karen had a chicken sammich and fries and I had a tastey little 8oz. medium rare slab of heaven with jalopeno slaw…oh…and a Sam Adams to wash it down with. Karen had a few shots of Jager but that’s about it…kidding. Ok so….I’m tired…I’ll make sure Karen gets on here and writes some stuff too. ps….I’m listening to some cool 80’s internet radio right now…Heaven…by Warrant is playing….hmmmmm…..
